The Next session officially begins Saturday May 18

The
Next session officially begins Saturday May 18, 1-4 pm. All classes
and shows are at Wildflower Terrace until further notice. Class in
the first floor library shows in the first floor theater. Free
Parking on Tom Miller in front of the building. I will keep going by
Esther’s until they will take time to either talk to me or tell me
to stop. They are just too busy. They have adopted kids and Esther’s
is the center of their Universe.



My
classes are ongoing so if a class is missed it will not count against
your 5 classes. There are showcases after the end of the 5 weeks.
Anyone may visit a free orientation class to meet Sam Cox and watch
how the class is conducted. All attendees are advised to email at
least 24 hours in advance of attending free or paid classes. Stuff
happens to both students and Sam so be prepared to adjust to
schedules. Missed or canceled classes will be covered with make up
dates.

 ABOUT COMEDY GYM

COMEDY GYM started in 1986, as a dream of The dream of Sam Cox and Arthur Cicchese. For 4 years Arthur and Sam travelled weekly from Austin to San Antonio, Dallas and Houston. Workshops and shows were held at local famous comedy clubs.

Currently Sam is the only Coach. Workshops are weekly in Austin (Cap City Comedy Club) and only by special arrangement in other cities.

Anyone may sit in on one class for free. Sundays 5-8PM in the big showroom.

On Monday May 17th former Comedy Gym student Lucas Molandes was named Funniest Person In Austin at the 25th annual FPIA contest

Second place went to hilarious local Ramin Nazer and third place went to another former Comedy Gymster, the clever and outrageously funny Matt Willis.
